I started coaching in 2010, and since 2012 I've been part of the American University of Sharjah — first as a part-time trainer, then since 2014 as Fitness Trainer & Facility Supervisor. Across that time I've coached one of the most consistent powerlifting programs in the region and led two complete university gym build-outs.
My approach is built on three pillars: evidence-based programming, sports nutrition tailored to the athlete, and the mental side of performance — the same triangle taught at FC Barcelona's Barça Innovation Hub, where I completed my Professional Diploma in Sports Nutrition and Sport Psychology for Athletes Development in 2026.
